Getsatisfaction.com is the new way to get (and give!) help around the products and services you use, love, and occasionally hate !

Satisfaction is a new place for real people to get the most from their products and services, and for companies to get real with their customers. Everyone is welcome in the community, customers, fan, companies...

Their community guidelines is simple and usefull. They developp 5 rules to use Satisfaction web site:
